Abstract

In this fruitful article, the author discusses the current relevance and usefulness of one of the most traditional functions of the Federal Senate, which is the suspension of the execution of the constitutional norm, demonstrating that the reactivation of the institute can strengthen Constitutional Law in the fight to guarantee the Constitution in Federations, whose legal system is of a Romanesque nature.
