Abstract

Text that reports and presents proposals for changes to the composition, selection and appointment process of ministers of the Federal Supreme Court. It suggests the creation of conditions that make hearings effective and the setting of deadlines, counting from the vacancy of the position, for the competent authorities and bodies to carry out the acts and phases of the nomination and appointment procedure.
