Abstract

The author, when discussing the constitutional court, ordinary judges and an outstanding debt of the legislator, seeks to demonstrate the need to address a hypothetical, but desirable reform of the amparo appeal, in the context of the Spanish legal system, aiming to improve the work of the Constitutional Court and clarify its relations with judges and ordinary courts.
