Abstract

The Brazilian Democratic State of Law is based on the effectiveness of three principles: legality, equality and justice. In the social sphere, where human beings coexist, the interaction of principles is present in the process, a true technique for resolving conflicts. Justice constitutes the goal to be achieved in the process, putting the principles into effect and strengthening this particular form of State.
